Terms and Conditions for PNEX Users

 

  Following are the terms and conditions for PNEX users:

 

Policy No. 1: Direct or Indirect Damage:

Direct Damage:Any member found presenting another sales and marketing company's proposal to PNEX members while working within the  company will be considered as a direct damage violation.

Indirect Damage: Presenting another sales and marketing company's proposal via social media account or status while working in PNEX will be considered as indirect damage violation.

   Penalty:

     Upon conviction, the following actions will be taken:

       1.     Upon first violation, the member will receive a warning

                 from the company.

       2.     Upon second violation, the member's account will be suspended

                for 3 days,  during which they will not receive any earnings.

        3.     Upon third violation, the member will be fined Rs. 20,000.

    Policy No. 2: Misguiding or Mis-selling:Selling products or services offered by PNEX to customers based on misleading advice or telling them wrong information about prices, commission system, account registration process, or return policy is a violation of this policy.

      Penalty:

      1.Upon conviction, the price of the sold product will be received from the

            member as a fine.

       2.The name will be added to a grey list.

Policy No. 3: Discipline: 

1.     Posting pictures or videos in the name of PNEX is against discipline.

2.     Posting legal certificates on social media is against discipline.

3.     Posting rank reward certificates and welcome posts in the name of 

         PNEX  is against discipline.

 4.     Posting statements like "Invest Rs.75000 etc and earn daily money"

                 is against discipline.

      5.     Sharing any kind of screenshot of the PNEX account on social media

                is against discipline.

      Penalty:

     ·       Upon conviction, half the price of the product  will be received as a fine

               along with issuing the first warning.

     ·       Upon the second-time conviction, the price of the product  will be received

                as a fine along with issuing the second warning.

     ·       Upon the third-time conviction, double the price of the product  will be

               received as a fine along with issuing the third warning.

Policy No. 4: Hijacking:

        Members working in PNEX are not allowed to offer product  to other

          members who have already been presented.

  Penalty:

     ·       Upon conviction, 9% of the product price will be received as a fine

               from the member responsible for violating the terms.

                                                       OR

     ·       The account will be banned for a lifetime.

    Policy No. 5: Booking amount / down payment not refunded:Once a customer or user of PNex has paid the booking amount or down payment for a property,PNex will not refund this amount if the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase. This condition applied as the basic term and conditions  of the use of  the PNex platform.

    Policy No. 6: No buy back policy:This means that PNex does not offer any buy-back policy for the properties sold by them. The customer or users cannot sell the property back to PNex once the sale is completed.

    Policy No. 7: No resale responsibility:This indicates that PNex does not take any responsibility for the resale of the property purchased by the customer. The customer is free to sell  the property to anyone they wish, and PNex will not be involved in the resale process.

    Policy No. 8: PNex is not responsible if the client damages any society:This indicates that if a customer causes any damage to a society (housing project), PNex will not be held responsible for the damage caused.

    Policy No. 9: PNex is not responsible if society damages any client:This expression is the opposite of the previous one. It means that if a society causes any damage to a customer, PNex will not be held responsible for the damage caused.

    Policy No. 10: Not responsible for any payment other than PNex account: This shows that the customer should only make payments related to their property purchase into PNex's official account. PNex will not be responsible for any payments made outside their official account.

    Policy No. 11: Installment activation:This means that if a customer has purchased a property through an installment plan, they must activate their installment plan within one month of the purchase.

    Policy No. 12: Carry forward of installment balance is not allowed:This indicates that the customer cannot carry forward their installment balance to the next payment cycle. The customer must make full payment for each installment on time.

    Policy No. 13: Limited Liability of PNEX:PNex is not responsible if the society does not entertain possession, delivery, or development: Without a second thought, al of these are  important when it comes dealing in the real estate, But this heading indicates that if a society fails to provide possession, delivery, or complete development of the property, PNex will not be held responsible for it.

    Policy No. 14: Late installent fine :This indicates that if a customer fails to make their installment payment on time, they will be charged a late payment fee of Rs-1000/-

    Policy No. 15: Limitation of liability:This specifies that PNex has a limit on its liability towards the customer. In case of any dispute or claim, PNex's liability will not exceed a certain limit.

    Policy No. 16: Indemnification:This means that the customer agrees to indemnify PNex against any claims, damages, or losses that may arise due to their actions or non-compliance with the terms and conditions.

    Policy No. 17: Acceptance of terms of use and amendments:This means that the customer agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned by PNex and accepts any amendments or updates to these terms in  the future.

    Policy No. 18 : Submission of content on this website:This indicates that if a customer submits any content, such as reviews or feedback, on the PNex website, PNex will have the right to use this  content for promotional purposes.

    Policy No. 19 : Reservation of rights: This means that PNex reserves the right to modify or terminate any of its services or products, and also reserves the right to take legal action against any user who violates its terms and conditions.

1.  Notification of copyrights infringement: This last heading indicates that PNex takes copyright infringement seriously and will notify any user who violates its copyrights. PNex may also take legal action against such users.

Please note that any violation of these policies will result in strict penalties to maintain the discipline and ethical values of Econex.
